Refund & Payment Policy

All services are self-pay. We do not bill insurance and are not contracted with any insurance plan. You are responsible for consultation fees, medication costs, laboratory testing, and shipping.

On request we can provide an itemized receipt to submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA administrator, though reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Consultation fees are due at the time of scheduling. Medication and laboratory fees are due before the order is placed.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are disclosed before you are charged, and we do not charge your card for anything you have not authorized.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your consultation fee carries over to the new visit.

Missed appointments, and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, forfeit the consultation fee.

If we cancel or your provider is unable to see you, your fee is refunded or carried over — your choice.

Prescribed medications are dispensed by third-party licensed pharmacies.

Once a prescription has been processed, compounded, prepared, or shipped, medication costs are non-refundable. State and federal law prohibits the return or resale of dispensed medication, so we cannot refund it regardless of the reason.

If a medication arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the pharmacy on a replacement.

Shipping and cold-chain handling fees may apply and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Laboratory fees may be billed separately and are non-refundable once testing is ordered.

Lab work is part of your medical evaluation. Paying for testing does not entitle you to a particular treatment or prescription.

Where multi-month programs or recurring plans are offered, the price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase.

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time by emailing us, and cancellation stops all future billing. Charges already processed for medication that has been dispensed are not refunded.

Unused medical evaluations may be refunded in part at provider discretion.

We refund:

• Consultation fees when we cancel, or when we determine before your evaluation that we cannot treat you
• Payments for services or medications that were never rendered or dispensed
• Duplicate or erroneous charges

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us first — most billing issues are resolved within a day or two.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution. Where a chargeback is filed for services that were rendered or medication that was dispensed, we may provide supporting documentation to the payment processor and may decline to continue care.

Paying for a consultation does not guarantee eligibility for medication, approval of any specific medication, or any particular outcome.

Treatment decisions are based on medical appropriateness. If you are not a candidate, we will tell you and refund anything not yet rendered.
